Soft skills – A need of the hour
“Soft Skills” is the ability of a person to deal with various scenarios in random conditions. Training for soft skills is not the same as training for language skills or technical skills. Soft skills are often confused with these skills. In reality, soft skills are the skills companies look for in order to hire a person. The reason this skill is so important because an individual who has a learning attitude is easier to train as compared to someone who has a negative attitude for learning new things. Intrapersonal skills are about dealing with the thoughts and emotions that persist within an individual. Life skills are a mix of both these types of skills that enable an individual to develop a better understanding, effective communication and the ability to deal with difficult situations by making better choices.
