- Building up boundaries and putting strict procedures around an action or activity leads to Time boxing. It is actually focused at reaching the ultimate goal and moving towards it following strict and rigid steps. For example, if we do not fix up a time frame for a meeting it might run into hours which would consequently affect the other processes. When we follow a strict time limitation and plan our activities then achieving the target becomes easy and approachable.
